Our farm was born from this passion for our land and you can taste it from our wines to the extra virgin olive oil that comes from our olive trees. We try to live in perfect harmony with the land through our small scale organic production. THE ACCOMMODATIONS The Apartments The apartments are located in an ancient farmhouses renovated in harmony with our tradition, preserving the original charm of the country farm: the typical ceilings with exposed beams, the traditional terracotta floors, the furnitures. The apartments located on the ground floor have a private outdoor area with a table and chairs in front of the entrance, while those on the first floor have a private furnished terrace. The Bed & Breakfast Each room has a private en suite bathroom with views of the countryside as well as heating and air conditioning included in the price. Guests of the B & B also have free wifi and access to a shared kitchen and terrace with 180 degree views of the countryside as well as access to the pool and the garden. Start off your day the Tuscan way! Enjoy our buffet full of homemade sweets and eggs made to order at our international breakfast included in the price. The terraces at our restaurant boast panoramic views of the countryside where you can enjoy your first coffee of the day. Thanks to the creativity of our chefs, we manage to use local organic ingredients in new delicious ways you’ve never tasted! The Glamping Wrapped in the floral embrace of the enchanting hills of Volterra, Glamping Diacceroni invites you to discover this pristine place and breathe the authentic scent of Tuscany. The large family sized tents are composed of an indoor dining area and kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, kettle, sink, utensils, cookware and flatware. The sleeping area is separated by sections of the tent for privacy. There is one queen size bed, two bunk beds and a full size bed in the loft. Outside you will find a private terrace with table and lounge chairs, perfect to enjoy the stunning view of the countryside. THE SALTWATER POOL A fresh caress under the Tuscan sun Embedded in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature, the saltwater pool is the perfect place to enjoy the surrounding Volterra hills. It is located only 5 minutes walking from the tents. Our pool, completely surrounded by well-kept green grass, is 10×15 square meters and features a range of depths that make it perfect for people of all ages. THE HORSE STABLES Enjoy nature in the most authentic way Explore the wonders of our land on horseback by choosing from the numerous excursions, with itineraries among nature and landscapes that can only be offered in the authentic heart of Tuscany.* As a beginner, enjoy an experience in our arena that is lit up at night, through private lessons from the most experienced instructors. Even the little ones will live their dream on the saddle of our sweet ponies. *For the safety of your family, children under 14 cannot ride outside the arena. THE RESTAURANT Taste authentic Tuscan tradition Our restaurant will leave you speechless, not only from the food, but also from the view! We invite you to eat with us on our large terraces with breathtaking views of the Tuscan rolling hills where you can enjoy tasty dinners and hearty breakfasts. When we say zero km, we mean it! All of the oil used in our restaurant is our very own organic extra virgin olive oil and the fruits and vegetables are grown at Diacceroni or are from a nearby farmer. Make yourself comfortable and get ready to be transported on a journey to discover Tuscan culinary tradition: from pizza and crispy bread cooked in a wood oven, to ribollita, panzanella, pici pasta with garlic, and much more. Get your hands covered in flour at our cooking courses where you can make pasta and more and enjoy what you made for dinner. Cover your boots in mud while truffle hunting with locals and their dogs and enjoy a tasting of these treasures. For our more adventurous guests, you can discover Tuscany while horseback riding through sunflower fields and vineyards or galloping through the hills. THE WEEKLY PROGRAM Let yourself be surrounded by the warmth of our large family Our weekly program offers a full calendar of free activities and events that are linked to seasonality and are suitable for both adults and children. Share experiences with us, get to know our staff and let yourself be enveloped by the affectionate embrace of our large family. We are ready to welcome you with fun experiences in our festive, serene, and traditional Tuscan atmosphere. During our buffet dinner parties, you can enjoy the unique taste of traditional Tuscan cuisine and dance to the sweet notes of live music in the evening. Enjoy our warm welcome during the welcome party, discover secrets from our pizza chefs during the pizza party and taste typical Tuscan dishes at the pasta party. All events are free for stays of at least one week. But don’t worry, if your stay is shorter you can still participate in the activities for free, and, with a small contribution of 20 € per person for each party (excluding drinks), you can also enjoy dinner with us. We encourage you to explore our beautiful Tuscany: Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Firenze, il mare, Siena, Lucca.   DIACCERONI SHOP Our products directly to your home For over 30 years, our family has valued the richness of the environment that surrounds us, embracing organic farming that gives us products that are genuine and authentic expressions of our territory and doesn’t harm it in the process. Our products are the result of an untiring search for quality and the simplicity of ancient flavors: we produce our organic extra virgin olive oil by hand-picking the olives that we cold-press in our small mill. Chef Francesca and her team prepare delicious jams by hand, picking the fruit that colors our orchard every season. Our organic pasta is the result of an ancient recipe which, thanks to the slow drying process, reveals the unique and decisive flavor of our Tuscan durum wheat flour, a genuine traditional ingredient.
