Welcome into our world ! Our property is located in such a charming district, both from a natural and historical point of view! You will rarely find 2,000 hectares of land made up by vineyards, olive groves, woods of Turkey oaks, chestnuts and cluster pines, three ancient villages (Palazzuolo Vecchio, Montemaggiore and Cortinova – Marrocco) with swimming pools, a synthetic tennis court and two luxury villas (Villa Stroncoli and Villa Le Tornaie), with private swimming pool, spa and no neighbourhood. History tells us about an exoteric place, inhabited by Templars and by the Etruscans, important junction between the Maremma region and coastal and hilly areas. Many of our country houses were built with the remains of the first buildings that were destroyed because of the struggles between Siena and Arezzo. Spending your holidays with us means losing yourself into a magic atmosphere, where past and present meets within the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Relaxing holidays may be spent here: you can enjoying walking or biking in our property woods, renting an Italian Vespa.. Swimming pool, thermal station, spa treatments, golf or visiting art cities, going shopping, tasting wine, baby sitting, chef service, personal trainer... just ask ! We will be happy to organize your “Tailor Made” holiday. Villa Stroncoli is a real Tuscany dream! Privacy and quietness are the k point of this magnificent house. You can reach the villa by using 2-kilometre unpaved, albeit well-maintained road and there is no neighbours. The view is charming and unforgettable. The villa has a pool, jacuzzi, gym and 8 bedrooms.  Cortinova – Marrocco village, in the past used a vantage point, is located in province of Siena, from which it is just 15 kilometres away.The village is enclosed by an olive trees grove, and witnesses the presence of Etruscan settlements in the ancient times. In the surroundings of the building, in fact, different evidences have been found, such as hand-made arrow heads and several objects obtained from rocks or bones. Six apartments (from 2 to 8 places) share a swimming pool completely surrounded by the green of the olive trees, just 100 metre far from the main building. In the heart of the village there is court with a stone well. Guests may also enjoy the experience of cooking bread and pizzas by using our traditional wood-burning oven, located in the central area, together with two barbecues.
