It is an old building built in stone and brick, with five apartments renovated with care. In the spacious garden , there are solar panels for the hot water, playground for children ,bicycles, vegetable garden, swimming pool ,gazebos with tables and chairs, barbecue. PODERE ZUCCHERINI, an old red building built in the venacular architecture of the area, sits among ancient olive groves and pastures in the valley between the Medieval villages of BURIANO and VETULONIA. It has three apartments, sleeping 14. In the groud floor apartment there is a very large hall, which used to be a stable,that can be used as meeting hall for parties or small congress for 40. All apartments have national/local TV channels and satellite digital decoder for Astra Sat 19° east and for HOTBIRD /european channels). Available also the service of your country Pay TV if you take your own decoder from home. Moreover, the village of Braccagni, only 5 km away, offers all the service you might need such as food shops ,bank, chemistry, post office, etc. CASTIGLIONE DELLA PESCAIA: It is a very well preserved medieval village which rises on a hill surrounded by a circle of turreted walls. Facing the sea there is a fortified castle with three towers (Rocca Aragonese). At the foot of the hill there are the modern village, a port for fishing boats and yachts, the beaches.
