The SPACE
Private parking, free wifi and all the main amenities combine with a relaxing location for your stay with refined comfort and practicality. The area boasts good cuisine, lyrical landscapes and the mecca of buccellato and tortelli lucchesi.
The unique attraction of this home is a truly traditional interior, just like the entire experience provided here for our guests. The moment you step inside, a classic living room, bathroom with shower, closet, dining area, kitchen, and fireplace create the right atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. Outside a garden where you can relax reading a good book or sipping a good wine.
A rather quick climb upstairs reveals two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with bathtub, a balcony overlooking the garden and a room with wardrobe.
GUEST ACCESS
IS all yours! You'll have access to the entire home and outdoor area.
The entrance to the house is easy, there are only 16 wide steps inside to reach the first floor.
Bedrooms
The house has 2 bedrooms located on the first floor.
Bedroom 1: double bedroom, has a double bed (190x160 cm). A wardrobe, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a mirror, an armchair, a coat hanger and a view of the garden.
Bedroom 2: Tastefully furnished, offering comfort, peace and privacy, the second bedroom has a single bed (190x80 cm) and a double bed (190x120 cm), a bedside table and a view of the entrance of the house.
A comfortable extra bed with great mattress can be added as needed.
BATHROOMS
Total 2 bathrooms: the bathroom on the ground floor with shower, while the bathroom on the first floor is with bathtub.
KITCHEN
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all major amenities.
LIVING ROOM
Villetta Camelia's living room is located right next to the large windows overlooking the garden, the living room is a classic and cozy space; if you want you can prefer a chat with your family and/or your friends or watch TV.
Open space with dining room and kitchen so you can easily access it.
Villetta Camelia invites you to pick up a book and sink on the armchairs, or lie down on the sofa.
The adjacent dining area boasts a large window and a French door, both equipped with mosquito nets, with views and access to the rear garden and a fireplace.
