The estate is surrounded by hills with vineyards and olive groves, Mediterranean woods, and has a splendid view over the sea of the Etruscan Coast and the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago, up to Corsica. It consists of 4 apartments with independent entrance. Swimming pool for adults and children, barbecue, laundry-ironing room, play area for children, large private pine forest, tables and benches in the garden.
