The house has 2 double bedrooms and another room with a double sofa bed + large fully equipped kitchen + bathroom with shower + outside covered terrace. (bath + kitchen + bedroom linen supplied) The whole of Tuscany is rich in history and works of art and the main cities of Florence, Siena and Pisa are all within 40-50 kilometres. Additionally, the famous beaches of Versilia (Viareggio-Forte dei Marmi etc.) are only about 40-50 minutes away from Pescia by car or train. The house can be rented to a single family or to a group of up to 7 persons. Florence, Pisa, Siena, the beaches of the Versilia (Viareggio) ARE JUST 30-40 minutes away by motorway. The thermal city of Montecatini is approximately 15 km away from the house. Not far from Pescia is the village of COLLODI (the home of the puppet PINOCCHIO), with its parks for children.
