The house is located on a hilltop and from here you can admire a 360° panorama that embraces the entire Valdinievole valley from the charming hill of Monsummano Terme with its unique conical shape to Montecatini, Montecarlo Lucca, the Padule Nature Reserve and up to the medieval village of Montevettolini. Although the city centre is less than 2 km away, you have the feeling of being in an unspoiled paradise surrounded by olive groves, where you wake up to the sound of birds chirping in the big oak tree in front of the house.

Inside, on the ground floor, two large fireplaces can be found on opposite sides of the house: one in the panoramic lounge and and the other – a wood-burning oven for bread and pizza – in the dining area.

On the first floor ther are 4 en-suite bedrooms featuring : parquet flooring, air conditioning, beautiful panoramic views and rustic furnishings with a modern touch give our guest rooms and air of simplicity combined with sophistication.

Guests can also enjoy a large terrace with a veranda for eating out, a barbecue and an outdoor swimming pool.

The owners live on-site in an independent detached building.
