Ferranino, the original carriage house for the Villa Ferrano, is now transformed into five luxury townhouse apartments. The apartments vary in size from two bedrooms with one bath to four bedrooms with four baths. The apartments are bright and airy with the original carriage entrances now closed in with large glass and metal window-doors. The doors open up to private patios with covered pergolas, a lovely place to take one’s morning breakfast while enjoying the views of the surrounding countryside.

The apartments are fully furnished. The kitchens are outfitted with all modern amenities such as dishwasher, large stove, refrigerator, clothes washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, and full selection of utensils. There is also a television and free Wi-Fi internet service connection. Additionally, these apartments include central heating and air conditioning systems.

Rentals include weekly cleaning and change of linens.

A deposit will be required to hold the reservation. This will be held as the security deposit, which will be used to pay for any serious damage, plus the use of heating and air conditioning beyond normal. The balance will be returned at the end of your stay.

We wish to advise our clients that the entire facility is a smoke free environment, including the patios and pool area. We apologize but we cannot permit pets at all.
