The agriturismo "Forni Rosaia" is a family run farm holiday situated in the quiet village of Olivola (municipality of Aulla, province of Massa Carrara). Set in the hilltop hamlet of Olivola, once seat of the medieval castle, has a dominating position over the enchanting hills and villages of Lunigiana. Peaceful and secluded, yet part of the village, the property offers refurbished accommodation in a character Tuscan. Lunigiana is an area rich in history and tradition and set amidst magnificent scenery. The generous hospitality and relaxed pace to life make this a perfect destination for those wishing to escape the rush of modern life... within easy access of the Cinque Terre, Lucca and the Pisa Airport... Accommodation for 2 or 4 up to 6 people comprises 2 units: - "1- bedroom Apartment" sleeping 2 up to 4 guests; - the adjacent "Bedroom + bathroom" providing accommodation for an additional 2 people. The 2 units can be combined so that is ideal for 2 couples that require their own privacy or for family.   "1- BEDROOM APARTMENT" Ground floor: An antique chestnut door opens into a spacious living/dining room (surface 30 m2). A large table and a sofa bed provides accommodation for 2 guests with the convenience of a tiled bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, washbasin (5 m2); a custom designed kitchen (12 m2). Other living area includes a seating area in front of an open fireplace, this cozy sitting room features also original part exposed stone wall and wooden stairs lead to upper floor. First floor: main double bedroom (20 m2), upon request can be added a single bed for one child or third person. The apartment rate: 70 - 140 Euro per night. NB: The apartment can accommodate 2, 4 until 6 persons, so that the price depends on group of size (number of adults and number of children), number of bedrooms (1-bedroom apartment or 2-bedroom apartment) ...season ...length of stay.   B&B ACCOMMODATION, on the first floor: A romantic double room (16 m2), ensuite tiled bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet, bidet (6 m2) hallway with fridge and electric kettle, private panoramic terrace - the large sun terrace is equipped with sun chairs, umbrella, chairs and dining table (34 m2), independent entrance from the garden by the terrace. B&B accommodation for 2 people: 75 Euro per night. The price includes breakfast, water, electricity and heating, linens (bed linen, towels) all taxes and final cleaning.
