LA BUSCA

Close to Siena, on top of a hill between the « Crete Senesi » and the « Val d’Orcia », our agriturismo is waiting for your visit. We are at your disposal all year round to make your stay perfect, whether it will be just both of you or your whole family or a group of friends, for a weekend, a week or longer. All you can imagine, and more…  Come and enjoy the breathtaking view ! Every apartment has its own private terrace. The infinity edge pool, located slightly aside, is a real invitation to “farniente”. From time to time, a deer can show up… nature is all around… LA BUSCA (at an altitude of 287 m.) is located in the heart of Tuscany, only 18 kilometres South East of Siena. Looking North, the property opens up to the “Crete Senesi”, looking East it offers views on the “Val d’Orcia” (Unesco World Heritage) and looking South one can appreciate the beautiful landscape of the “Val di Merse” and the start of the metalliferous mountains (one of Tuscany’s natural reserves). On top of a hill, the farmhouse and the apartments enjoy a stunning view over the Sienese landscape. (From la Busca to Siena, there is an easy and pleasant drive along secondary non-asphalt roads only). Two kilometres away from la BUSCA, you can find the little village called Vescovado di Murlo with its 2 mini-markets, a bakery, a butcher, a bank  the doctor and   different restaurants offering local dishes for every taste and every budget. There is a supermarket about 8 kilometres away. LA BUSCA estate has at its disposal 30 hectares of woodland, fields, vineyard, olive groves, the original farm with the apartments, a huge garden, the swimming pool and 2 ponds.  From time to time, we organize our famous “barbecue fiorentina” meal , Barbecue sets can also be found close to the apartments.  A Free WIFI area is available for all guests. There are 4 apartments of various sizes  Each apartment has an individual entrance and a private terrace, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher, and a large fridge with freezer) and all the equipments in order to create a Tuscan dinner. We provide crockery and table ware to complement your culinary delights.  After the dinner, curl up on the sofa “near the fireplace”.  From the night hall, you will have access to the bedrooms and bathroom. We can supply double bed or twin beds and the beds and mattresses have been chosen to ensure that you have long and restful nights. We don’t forget the mosquito nets. We wish you sweet dreams...  The bathrooms are well-appointed and the apartments have been built with top quality local materials, such as “travertine”
