CANTINI FABIO

Fabio Cantini farm is located in a little hamlet with a few houses up in the hills. Although only 2 km distant from the town of Poggibonsi where you can also find supermarkets, banks, cafés, pubs, cinemas and a theatre, the hamlet is located in a completely quiet landscape surrounding, making it a perfect setting for a country holiday, ideal for gentle walks and picnics. At the same time it is a short and easy drive to reach Florence (36 km)  and Siena (26 km) from here. Florence and Siena can be reached in less than one hour. The towers of San Gimignano are just visible across the valley. The surrounding hills are crammed with picturesque and tiny hill towns and castles like Barberino and Castello di Strozzavolpe. The Chianti Classico region with the romantic villages of Castellina in Chianti and Greve can be reached in less than half an hour. A tennis club with 6 tennis courts is at a distant of 2 km. There is a golf course with 9 holes 7 km from the property and a 18 holes in Castelfalfi 22 km away. Within one hour by car, you reach the beautiful sandy beaches of Tuscany in the Maremma area.

Cantini Fabio farm  which is an 'Olivegrove Farmhouse' consists of four different apartments located in two different houses. One building houses three appartments (Passero, Rondine and Pettirosso). Just up the lane there is a smaller farm cottage made of natural stone and tuff which houses the other apartment (Gufo ). The plus of Fabio cantini farm is that each apartment has its own independent entrance and own garden area with a barbecue on the lawn. Each lawn is surrounded by a hedge and equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining. When you prefer to dine out, there's a wide selection of trattorias and restaurants within 5 minutes' drive.

The apartments are equipped with Internet WIFI connection, cooker, small oven, fridge with freezer, mini safe, iron and ironing board, air conditioning  in each bedroom and screens in all bedroom windows. All apartments have bedrooms which have beds that can be made up into either twin or double beds. (Please advise us of your preference at the time of booking). Approximately 10 steps lead to the pool area. The swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace equipped with sun loungers. From here you will enjoy beautiful views overlooking the rolling olive clad hills, the sprinkling of cypresses trees and the majestic towers of San Gimignano in the distance.
