Il Vecchio Mulino is immersed in the Tuscan countryside, near Radicondoli, a medieval hamlet between Siena and Florence.
You’ll be able to stay in a historic residency, an ancient Mill from the 1800s, restored with a loving embrace of details and history. The villa is divided into five apartments of different sizes ( 3 2rooms, 1 2rooms, 1 3rooms), each with its own private entrance and terrace where you can dine amongst ancient Tuscan olive trees.

Villa Fiorenzani, on the other hand, is a totally private and independent charming villa located in the historic center of Radicondoli with its private swimming pool and garden, 5 km from the Vecchio Mulino.

All our period residences are ideal for holidays, for smart working, workation, for new Holiday working formulas, in fact they are equipped with free WI-FI inside the apartments and outside in the garden and in the pool area.

We’re surrounded by three nature reserves, Falsini, Cornate and Fosini, 510 meters above sea level which allows for refreshing weather year round, even on the hottest Summer days.

Only five minutes from the Villa is the medieval village of Radicondoli where you can experience an authentic Tuscan lifestyle of relaxation. Radicondoli is home to many cafés, bars, pizzerias, restaurants and lovely shops which cater to everything you may need.

With only a 30-minute drive you’ll be able to reach Siena and the city of 100 towers San Gimignano – both Unesco World Heritage Cities. Also nearby is the San Galgano Abbey where you will find the ancient sword in the stone as well as the mysterious city of Monteriggioni and Colle val d’Elsa, the city of crystal.

Marvelous Florence, Val d’Orcia, the Etruscan city of Volterra, the Chianti region and Tuscany’s beautiful beaches are all reachable in less than an hour.

Other beautiful Tuscan cities like Lucca, Arezzo and Pisa are all only an hour and a half from Il Vecchio Mulino.
